ABOUT KATIE MCLAUGHLIN
I have been working at Formica since August 2017 and was promoted to European CRM Manager in July 2019.I am the System Manager for our Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and also have experience with Marketing Cloud. Part of this involves using Alteryx and Qliksense as our main ways of collecting and showing data.In 2023 my role moved to report into the IT department where I was fortunate enough to be heavily involved in the implementation of our financial system Medius where I have continued to support from the IT administrator perspective. I\'m really loving the challenges that come with my role, there\'s honestly very little better in a professional sense than having an issue that you are able to resolve for your business.I\'m looking forward to continue my growth in systems management and I\'m excited to see where the future may take me!
