My experience spans construction, telecom, manufacturing, and private equity-backed environments, where I’ve led transformation across the full employee lifecycle. What sets me apart is my ability to operate where things aren’t black and white. I help leaders navigate the gray—where employee needs, operational demands, and risk intersect—bringing structure, clarity, and practical solutions that work in the field, not just on paper.
