ABOUT KATIE MANTY
I’m a senior marketing and data strategist with deep expertise in omnichannel marketing, marketing analytics, AI/ML models, and data strategy. My work focuses on helping organizations build modern marketing systems where data, technology, and strategy work together to drive business outcomes. Much of my experience sits at the intersection of marketing transformation and complex data ecosystems, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, and financial services. Over the course of my career I have helped organizations: • Design omnichannel marketing strategies driven by advanced customer segmentation • Build marketing analytics and attribution models that connect marketing investment to revenue outcomes • Develop data strategies and vendor ecosystems including claims data, identity solutions, and marketing technology platforms • Apply AI and machine learning to marketing decision systems and next-best-action programs My early career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young established the foundation for my approach: combining structured problem solving with strong team leadership. During my 11 years at Fidelity Investments, I led high-impact initiatives that applied advanced data and marketing technology to improve customer engagement and revenue growth. I’m also passionate about developing the next generation of data-driven leaders and actively mentor professional women through my alma maters, Smith College and MIT Sloan School of Management, and teach graduate students in data analysis, integration, and visualization for marketing leaders. Today I enjoy working with leaders who are asking questions such as: • How should we use our data assets to drive marketing growth? • What analytics and AI capabilities should we build vs. buy? • How do we design omnichannel marketing systems that actually work? • How do we measure the true impact of marketing investment? If you’re exploring how data, analytics, and AI can transform marketing performance, I’d welcome the conversation.
