Established research professional and Clinical Research Manager with a variety of experience, including school psychology, mental health, early childhood education, and hospital-based pediatric clinical trials. My recent accomplishments include supervising a staff of over 20 Clinical Research Coordinators and Research Associates in the coordination of over 100 clinical and investigator-initiated trials, co-authorship on two research studies accepted to national research conferences, and the completion of my Masters in Clinical Research. I am passionate in guiding all aspects of research, including protocol development, study-start up, study management, data analysis, and reporting with the intention to improve childhood mental and physical health and using research to create and optimize evidence-based interventions.
