I advise founders and leaders how to tell their high-impact stories and move more people to action.My background is largely in educational services - partnering with K-12 school systems, higher education institutions and Ed Tech to impact student, faculty and leader outcomes. I\'ve held leadership roles at two leading consulting, research and executive search firms, leading sector efforts for both education and health care. I built and led a cross-functional Gallup Education team, including CliftonStrengths for Students. In this role, I worked with hundreds of educators to enhance their value and impact to students, with accountability to all hiring, P&L and growth outcomes at one of the largest divisions at Gallup.
