I have 18 years agency experience, specialising in helping companies attract, recruit and retain great Contact Centre, HR & Support Services candidates. With a degree in Psychology, I am passionate about understanding what makes people tick and really understanding what drives them in their job search. Following an early role as a trainer in a large outsourced contact centre, I found my calling in life as a recruitment consultant and have loved every minute of my career to date.Having operated at senior management level within the recruitment industry I have successfully partnered some of the region’s biggest employers, delivering solutions from one off placements to large RPO contracts and volume campaigns.
