As a Senior Analyst, I facilitate personnel through the client vetting process of background investigation, provide first day orientation, obtain access for various teams, and procure equipment. I process exit clearances for departing personnel. I enjoy the client interfacing aspect of my role and I am able to utilize my extensive customer service background to bring appropriate solutions in conflict resolution. As part of the Applications Security team, I build user accounts for client applications using Oracle systems. I change, delete, and maintain accounts through a security aligned process. I mentor new team members through the learning the process and assign tickets to team members. Additional Roles & Accomplishment- Accenture’s Denver Community Eco Team Co-Lead, 2016 – 2018; currently an active member- Project Engagement & Stewardship Team Member - Developed on-boarding and off-boarding processes to comply with federal contract and corporate policies; developed Orientation package for seamless integration of new personnel- Made process improvements to equipment inventory, reducing the inventory by 60%. As SME, I continue to provide up-to-date information to the client for client audit purposes. I received my BA in Spanish from Santa Clara University. Abroad, I attended la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and L’ Institut d’ Études Européennees Paris (EIS). I have lived in several states from Alaska to Virginia, as well as foreign countries (Libya, Canada, Turkey, and Mexico). I am now happily living in Colorado. I enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing, reading, and travel in my free time.
