ABOUT KATIE LAMB
2025- Birkman Certified Professional (BCP)2018- SPHR Certification Katie Lamb has almost two decades of experience in all functions of People Service and Human Resources. In her current role as Vice President of People & Culture, major responsibilities include Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Development. Katie enjoys teaching and mentoring and uses this passion to help her colleagues succeed and achieve their goals. She is a featured speaker for SHRM, HR Houston, and various other HR Communities. Katie holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing and enjoys getting creative to improve work life for those around her. When she’s not working, Katie coaches All-Star Cheerleading, travels with her husband, Matt, and supports her children, Mason and Charlotte in their various activities.
