Hey, I\'m Katie! I\'m a UX generalist with an easy-going attitude currently working as a Senior Product Designer for Sprout Social.I value the importance of meeting people where they are in their understanding of the problem area. Whether that person is the end user of a product I’m designing, a new stakeholder I’m working with, or a group of fellow designers from a neighboring department—the ability to facilitate a solid foundation of shared understanding and strong relationships is often overlooked, and where I try to shine my brightest. I\'m always ready to jump in to facilitate a team-building activity or host a year-end org celebration.Things that get me especially hyped usually involve some sort of content strategy or copy problem mixed in with some shiny UI improvements. You can find me over-communicating on Slack and sweating over the tiny details most days, but I think that\'s part of the fun.
