HAM- warehouse distribution model reduced inventory on hand, and reallocated overstock to needed locations, SAM- end user software request vetting and process for security clearance and enterprise standards enforced reduced excess products and increase consistence and security standards. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the core IS asset management team, including staffing, ticket resolution and closures, KBA creation and updates and SOP training and staff on boarding for ITAM teams. Budgeting and other relevant management functions required to hold all IS service delivery teams accountable for optimizing the cost, risk and value of IS assets throughout their life cycle. Coordinate with Security, HAM warehouse and technician teams, SCCM, procurement and finance to ensure enterprise standards are being met and maintained to support the Stryker organizational goals.
