   As a Principal Consultant in our Experience Design practice, I• Lead end-to-end research activities from initial study design and planning to recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting• Lead research initiatives for a range of team needs and project contexts- large-scale programs and lean, fast-paced teams - early-stage discovery and solution generation, concept evaluation, and usability - in-person and remote sessions - with individual participants and small groups• Facilitate team learning through debriefs, asynchronous documentation, and presentations• Steer strategic direction through North Star statements, Design Principles, User Personas, change management considerations, and product design recommendations• Execute research independently or enables others to be hands-on supporting research activities, depending on the client/project • Support pitching and scoping new opportunities so timelines, deliverables, and team composition are set up for success• Serve a range of client challenges and industries, including: automotive, actuarial services, healthcare, pet care, and others.• Am an active member in practice circle conversations on AI in design and research, internal culture, and data visualization• Am known for being highly adaptable, quickly learning about new domains and technologies, communicating well with both detail-oriented audiences and high-level stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative environment
