Before joining MMR Research, I worked as a sales advisor at Curry’s, where I developed a strong understanding of technology, particularly within the computing department. This role helped me hone my ability to match customers with the right solutions for their technological needs. Although I enjoyed my time there, after two years, I felt the need to apply myself further with gaining technical knowledge. Focusing on hands-on work with computers, rather than simply learning about products. Since then, I have gained close to 4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, specialising in troubleshooting, network administration, and system maintenance. I am proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and have built a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, security principles, and endpoint protection. With a passion for continuous learning, I am eager to leverage my extensive IT support knowledge, technical skills, and newly acquired cybersecurity expertise to contribute to creating secure IT environments. I am committed to expanding my knowledge of technology and applying what I learn to real-life situations, whether for my personal development or to help others. My eagerness to learn and determination to exceed expectations drives me to consistently grow and advance in my career.
