About Katie Inthavong

Hi there!I’ve always been someone who loves puzzles, fixing things, understanding new topics, and learning new skills. I’m a firm believer in finding the most efficient way to get things done—partially because it’s more effective, entirely because it gives me more time to work on other things.In my current role, I get to apply that mindset every day. I approach business development with a psychological lens: analyzing patterns, tracking responses, and thinking about what motivates people to engage (or not). It’s part strategy, part intuition, and a lot of trial and error.Outside of work, I’ve presented research at psychological conferences, led a nationally competitive debate team, and advised students through academic and personal decisions. I’ve come to really enjoy using my voice—and my ability to analyze—both to advocate for others and to bring clarity to complex situations.Whether it’s through research, operations, or outreach, I care about the throughline: understanding people, solving problems, and building smarter systems that actually work for the humans inside them.
