Who I am.Over the course of my career, I\'ve built what I like to call a trifecta of skills – organizational change management, process improvement, and project management. This has enabled me to be a flexible utility player in all of the roles I’ve been in. The majority of my career has been in the insurance industry and management consulting and now in financial services.What I do.People know me because I am pragmatic, trustworthy, and get stuff done. I am adept at managing a variety of stakeholder groups including SMEs, managers, and senior leaders. Building genuine, trust-based relationships has been my secret sauce. How I add value.I value integrity and a strong work ethic and I think that is reflected in the work I produce.
