As the Director I currently lead the Partner Success and Account Management teams within BetterHelp Business. I help bridge the gap between mental health solutions and the organizations that need them. I’m passionate about creating a seamless, human experience for our partners, grounded in empathy, clear communication, and follow-through that builds trust. I lead with empathy first and believe the best outcomes come from genuinely understanding the people behind the work. At the same time, I pride myself on detail-oriented execution—because thoughtful leadership isn’t just about listening well, but delivering well, too. Before moving into the tech and mental health space, I spent several years as a Litigation Paralegal in the Bay Area. That foundation sharpened my eye for nuance, taught me the importance of process, and instilled in me a lasting appreciation for showing up prepared.🧠 No matter the industry, my focus has always been the same: show up with integrity, build relationships that last, and never underestimate the value of a thoughtful, timely response.
