About Katie Hinkfuss

I’m an MBA graduate from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a Human Capital consultant at Deloitte based in Washington, DC. I help lead organizational change for large-scale, global tech implementations—guiding clients through the people side of digital transformation by aligning culture, communications, and leadership. I’m also helping grow and transform Deloitte’s Human Capital presence in Mexico, building cross-border collaboration and local capability. At Duke, I focused on strategy and social impact, exploring how business can be a force for inclusive, sustainable progress. Before business school, my career spanned education management in Mexico and Austria, and financial PR in the U.S. These global experiences continue to shape how I build trust across cultures and design people-centered solutions that work in complex, real-world contexts.
