As the bridge between Sales and GROW High Dosage Tutoring delivery, I design programs for both impact and operational success, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.Key Responsibilities:•Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during late-stage sales to address district needs around scheduling, staffing, student grouping, and intervention models.• Capture and translate program requirements into actionable scope, aligning both sales and delivery teams.• Partner with district leaders post-signature to lead external kickoff meetings, share implementation checklists, and establish clear timelines and deliverables.• Proactively identify risks (e.g, delays in rostering, incomplete data, scheduling conflicts) to safeguard on-time, high-quality program launches.• Finalize all program design elements and document requirements across internal systems to ensure readiness for launch.• Provide a comprehensive handoff to the GROW Customer Success Manager, ensuring a smooth transition into delivery oversight and renewal planning.
