I started the HR department at this firm from the ground up and am currently responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of strategic initiatives to help the firm reach its goals, retain its talent, and drive business. In addition to overseeing all day-to-day HR processes and programs, I also spearhead Reynolds + Rowella’s HR Consulting Services. I help our business clients with developing their benefits, training, performance and compensation programs, and also provide compliance services, employee relations consultation and recruitment assistance as well. I help small businesses that may not be big enough to have their own HR department and also larger businesses where their HR department may be too busy to devote time to these projects.
