I am currently in an all-encompassing generalist People (HR) Advisor role reporting directly to Head of People, working together to drive all HR initiatives and managing the employee life cycle- All tasks within the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, starters, leavers, annual leave, benefits, maternity/paternity,payroll, advice and support- Utilising our people analytics to help shape decisions and future initiatives- Managing company intranet and internal communications with our provider including updating newsfeeds and information pages- Facilitating Employee Engagement projects and analysis – keeping up with latest research and trends and applying internally- Wellbeing programme and strategy development, administration and implementation- Sitting on the charity committee and driving corporate responsibility initiatives- Assisted with company restructure and rebrand
