ABOUT KATIE HAFFEMAN
Katie Haffeman began her television broadcasting career in 2002 at the Red River Broadcast Co, LLC owned NBC Affiliate KDLT-TV. After an internship, she was hired as an Account Executive. In 2007, she was promoted to Local Sales Manager and in 2013 she became the General Manager of KDLT, KDLV, Antenna TV and KDLT.com. In 2015 and 2016 she was nominated for an Upper Midwest Emmy Award for “Overall Excellence” for KDLT-TV. Haffeman is a South Dakota native and University of South Dakota graduate. She is active in the community with Junior Achievement and St. Michael’s Parish. She is a long distance runner, enjoys attending sporting events with her family, hot yoga and cheering on her three children in their various extracurricular activities. Her husband is a small business owner of Air Care in the Sioux Falls area. She is proud to call South Dakota home.
