During my first 10 months in this role, I achieved the Program of the Year award by driving results, increasing technician growth nationally month over month, and doubling the field team nationally. I developed a successful roadmap for our field team to exceed our client\'s objectives and effectively managed a multimillion-dollar P&L budget. Moreover, I maintained and grew strategic client relationships by driving process adoption and change to maximize productivity.
