As a Program Director, I lead a national team of 39 outside sales professionals and an inside recruitment team to provide technician recruitment for Ford Automotive. During my first 10 months in this role, I achieved the Program of the Year award by driving results, increasing technician growth nationally month over month, and doubling the field team nationally. I developed a successful roadmap for our field team to exceed our client\'s objectives and effectively managed a multimillion-dollar P&L budget. Moreover, I maintained and grew strategic client relationships by driving process adoption and change to maximize productivity. For my efforts, I was selected as one of two women in the company for #GirlsClub 2023, a program designed to empower women in leadership.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
