As a Product Manager, I have spent over a decade navigating the world of product management and system optimization, where my passion lies in enhancing user experiences across various platforms. My journey has taken me through multiple roles at the General Services Administration (GSA), where I’ve had the opportunity to advocate for meaningful changes based on real user feedback. I believe that understanding our users is key to creating solutions that truly resonate with their needs.In my current role as a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Systems Division at GSA, I manage several systems including eBuy and eLibrary. Here, I’ve prioritized improvements that not only enhance functionality but also streamline processes for users. One of my proudest achievements was leading the rebuild of GSA Interact. This initiative reached over 12k users across federal agencies and industry partners, making it a vital resource for communication among the acquisition community.Before stepping into product management and product ownership, I honed my analytical skills as a Marketing Analyst at GSA. This role allowed me to provide insights that shaped strategies aimed at improving market share through data-driven decisions. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on how different facets of an organization can work together harmoniously.Outside of work, I find immense fulfillment in giving back to the community. Volunteering with FEMA’s Surge Capacity Force during Hurricane Ian was an eye-opening experience that reinforced my belief in the importance of teamwork and resilience in times of crisis. It’s these experiences that fuel my passion for collaboration and problem-solving.I’m currently exploring new opportunities where I can continue to drive user-centered product innovation and make a meaningful impact- let’s connect.

   As a Senior Product Manager for multiple GSA systems, including eBuy, eBuy Open, eLibrary, eOffer, eMod, SWS, and ORS, I advocated for system improvements based on user feedback and worked closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that enhanced the user experience and improved efficiency. My work spanned the entire acquisition lifecycle, from supporting offerers with the eOffer and eMod systems to improving internal processes for GSA’s acquisition workforce with ORS and SWS. I focused on automation, system usability, and ensuring accurate representation of GSA programs to facilitate better outcomes for both government users and contractors. My role worked closely with the Product Owners for each of these systems and centered on improving system functionality, driving efficiency, and ensuring GSA’s acquisition processes are aligned with the needs of both government buyers and vendors.
