I currently own the in-app experience program which provides guide messaging for customers, within the platform. I have created a strategy and process to execute guide campaigns for new feature releases so customers can stay up to date with and learn how to use new feature releases. I work closely with the product team to provide analytics on guide engagements and create new ideas to A/B test.I create all the digital learning assets and content for one of the major product lines to help customers learn and onboard onto the core capabilities. This includes help centre documentation, e-learning courses and videos.
