About Katie Fetterhoff

With over 7 years of experience in engineering and construction, and 9 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, I am a passionate leader who drives quality, safety, and efficiency in the cannabis industry. As the Director of Facility Operations at Skymint Brands, I oversee the construction, maintenance, and building compliance of the production facilities at Skymint. I partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation. I also leverage my skills in root cause analysis, quality control, and quality systems to optimize the performance and productivity of our operations. Prior to this role, I served as the Director of Engineering and the Senior Project Engineer at Skymint, where I successfully managed and delivered several complex and large-scale projects, such as the expansion of our flagship facility and the optimization of the outdoor grow operation in northern Michigan. I have held PMP, CM-BIM, and OSHA certifications, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the other manufacturing environments.
