Some of my responsibilities include: • Carry out general administrative tasks, including those related to health and safety and risk awareness.• Set up bikes and equipment to ensure a safe and accessible environment for participants.• Collect and manage participant data using the online booking system.• Welcome participants and help create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.• Provide support to individuals with a range of needs, ensuring everyone can participate fully.• Perform basic bike safety checks and maintenance.• Positively direct and support volunteers, fostering a collaborative and encouraging team environment.

I\'m an environmental and community-focused professional with a Master’s in Environmental Management and experience across waste, recycling, policy and consultancy in the public, private and third sectors.I also have several years’ experience in outdoor education, youth work and SEND settings, supporting inclusive access to the outdoors and sports for children and young people.
