ABOUT KATIE DIMICK
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Trauma Informed Professional trained by the NARM Training Institute for Complex and Developmental Trauma. I have advanced training in leadership development and facilitation, non-violent communication (NVC), the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems and more. I am committed to creating a safe space for individuals to explore, heal and grow, and for communities to come together in service and in support of each other. Conscious and intentional exploration with compassion and curiosity, allows for greater interpersonal communication, developing awareness of inner parts, cultivating healthier relationships and leading a more balanced and fulfilling life. My offerings include 1:1 coaching for individuals, leadership trainings and group facilitation for teams and organizations looking to improve company culture, cultivate strong and healthy communication practices and create meaningful community engagement. I also offer supervision and mentorship for coaching certification students.
