As Head of Operations and Executive Partner to the CEO at Spencer Group, I am part of our SLT, helping to coordinate strategic initiatives, strengthen operational clarity and enable delivery across our international executive search business. My focus is ensuring Spencer Group continues to scale effectively across our key practices while maintaining the relationship-led, high-quality service we are known for.Before Spencer Group, my experience spans employee benefits, retail, mental health services and the NHS.
