   Senior designer for Kroger\'s associate-facing Pickup mobile application, enabling curbside pickup in 2,200+ Kroger & Kroger banner stores.• Designed new Android version of application that saved $2.3 million per year in labor due to streamlined workflows• Collaborated with other designers on new environmentally-friendly permanent label solution for Pickup, saving $3 million in annual operating costs & reducing Kroger\'s paper waste• Lead various research initiatives (in-store contextual interviews, in-store usability tests, and online surveys) to identify pain points and opportunities• Collaborate closely with product managers on design roadmaps, and development teams on design iteration and implementation• Facilitate quarterly planning and goal setting for 2 product teams• Provide mentorship, professional support, and day-to-day guidance for 1 intern each semester
