I support two business units by managing the following- Candidate interviews for multiple plant locations throughout the US, including travel - All aspects of the background check process via Hire Right - Creating and distributing candidate offer letters via Adobe Sign - Weekly talent acquisition reports for ELT I maintain and manage our employee referral payouts while coordinating with our payroll department. I provide support to our Sr. VP HR, HR Directors, HR Managers and business unit leaders.
