The Corporate Responsibility (CR) department mission is to advance a stronger, more durable and safe financial system and an inclusive economy and society for clients, customers and communities around the world. The department includes teams focused on policy advocacy and lobbying, philanthropy, sustainability, impact finance, community engagement and data analysis and research. As Chief Operating Officer and Head of CR Strategy I both drive the department’s strategic agenda and ensure effective and efficient execution of our top priorities. I serve as a key advisor and internal consulting resource for Corporate Responsibility on a range of projects that address the top priorities of senior management and advance the mission of the department. Projects may include those related to strategic planning, organizational design, strategic business deep dives, and cross-line of business initiatives within CR and across the firm.
