I currently work for Sargento Foods as the Demand Planning Coordinator. In this role, I manage and support several of Sargento base customers for the Retail division. Main duties include inventory management, forecasting, and working with the Sales and Marketing on new product launches and LTO\'s (Limited Time Offers). I also maintain several weekly/daily supplier reports and provide insight to the Sales and Operations teams.I previously held the position of Sales-Marketing Assistant in Sargento\'s Food Service Division. In this role, I provide sales support/customer service for several national accounts, maintain the division\'s CRM database, and work with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Director of Creative Services on digital and print initiatives.Part of my background also includes working as a Sales Service Manager at Takasago handling three national accounts and managing our international sales reporting and an internship working for the United States Department of Agriculture at their office in Beijing China. I am looking to further my education either with an MBA or continue my studies in Mandarin ChineseSpecialties: Read and write simplified Mandarin, proficient in Microsoft applications, and experience in SAP and Retail Link. Expert in project management and coordination. Experienced in government research and embassy reporting.
