I am an Engineering Product Manager and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Subject Matter Expert with 15+ years experience leading large teams providing missile defense support and engineering capability delivery to DoD programs. I am a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering with a Masters of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics and of University of Maryland\'s A. James Clark School of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I am an Engineering Director in Booz Allen’s Space and Missile Defense market. I have led AEGIS, SSDS, and other Combat Systems programs supporting NAVSEA PEO IWS. Previously, I served as the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Lead for the Europe AOR, providing contract support for United States European Command (EUCOM) in Stuttgart, Germany and managing the IAMD team across EUCOM HQ and component commands. Prior to Booz Allen, I was a Project Manager and Aegis BMD analyst in the Air & Missile Defense Department at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD.• Experienced leader of cross-discipline teams, responsible for analysis plans, scheduling task timelines, allocating and tracking funding, and overseeing study execution• Regular coordination and communication with military and client leaders at the general officer / SES level, including informal conversations and formal briefings• Proven ability to motivate staff and achieve goals across large teams; strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
