Whether it’s securing headlines in top-tier outlets, scaling a brand’s organic social presence, or leading high-performing teams, I thrive on blending strategy, creativity, and hustle.In early 2019, I was brought on to open the PR department at Mindgruve from scratch. Today, I proudly lead our Global PR and Organic Social teams across the U.S, Mexico, and Brazil—overseeing public relations, organic social, and influencer programs for clients like First Horizon Bank, Farmers & Merchants Bank, MDVIP, MasterBrand Cabinets, Carbona, Bay City Brewing Co, PCA Skin, Sunny Brinquedos, Biologic, Mann-Filter and more. During my tenure, Mindgruve has been recognized as an Adweek Fastest Growing Agency four years in a row and an Inc. company for six consecutive years.Before Mindgruve, I cut my teeth at i.d.e.a, one of San Diego’s top creative branding agencies, managing PR, social media, and influencer marketing for brands including Major League Baseball, Affirm, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Pacsafe, Splat Hair Color, and The San Diego Museum of Art.Known for bringing the “wow” factor on a “what’s the budget?” reality, I’m fueled by equal parts camaraderie and determination (and probably a little caffeine). My proudest career wins aren’t just the awards or headlines, but the relationships built and the challenges overcome.
