Reporting directly to the IT Director, I am responsible for:• Managing and maintaining all aspects of the K8 system including Trading, WMS and Accounts.• Building strong relationships and working closely with all areas of the business to identify, develop and implement process/system improvements to support performance and the customer journey.• Management and completion of system testing for service pack upgrades and improvements/bug fixes within all environments (PROD, TEST, TRAIN), including the review of system release notes.• Consult and support on design, test and implementation of 3rd party solutions that integrate with K8.• Documenting and maintaining a comprehensive suite of end user training material and process guides, and communication of any changes in process.• Companywide end User Support and training for a variety of roles.• Full database design and management of the in-house Business Intelligence (BI) software (Phocas).
