   Lead the build and scale of Axon’s global executive recruiting function, aligning senior leadership hiring with business priorities, growth goals, and long-term organizational outcomes.Design and own a programmatic executive recruiting model, including a global playbook leveraged across all business pillars and geographies to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to translate business strategy into executive talent needs, advising on role definition, capability mapping, and future-state leadership requirements.Drive proactive executive talent pipelining through ongoing market mapping, strategic networking, and relationship-based engagement with senior leaders globally.Own executive search vendor strategy, including firm selection, engagement models, performance evaluation, and ROI optimization.Leverage data and analytics to inform executive hiring decisions, track search effectiveness, assess talent market dynamics, and continuously improve outcomes (time-to-fill, slate quality, diversity, and candidate experience).Champion a high-touch, inclusive executive candidate experience that reflects Axon’s mission, values, and leadership expectations.Serve as a trusted advisor to the business on executive talent trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in senior-level hiring.In addition to the above, I also-Serve as Leadership Sponsor to our Greenhouse & LinkedIn Centers of Excellence, driving adoption, utilization, vendor partnership, beta testing/enhancements, and strategic planning for two of our most robust and critical systems within Global TA-Serve as the Lead to the Global People Ops Tiger Team, a cross-functional group selected to drive innovation, professional development, and recognition/engagement to our worldwide PeopleOps org.
