Katie began her commercial construction career during college, working as a Project Coordinator for a Residential General Contractor in the Atlanta area, assisting in the Administrative and Financial Management of Custom Home Building and Renovation projects. While pursuing her degree in Construction Management and post-graduation, Katie worked as a Senior Project Engineer for a large, International General Contractor in the Atlanta area. At this company, she specialized in the New Construction of high-end, Multi-Family mid and high-rise projects. During this time, Katie traveled to projects spanning from Atlanta, Georgia to Raleigh, North Carolina and was involved in the construction management of 9 structures, 688 total luxury residential units, and over 1,580,292 SF of multi-family, amenity, office, and retail space. On these projects, Katie was involved in all aspects of the construction life cycle, including Preconstruction, Project Start-Up, Operations, Material Selections & Procurement, Quality Control, and Close Out. As your Project Manager, Katie will be involved from initial site visit & estimating, through construction and close out, providing the team with day-to-day management of the office and field construction team.
