Helped to set up a new business specialising Van hire. I designed the website, created logo and brand initially and then implemented new administrative and office processes including setting up customer accounts, tracking systems, booking systems, & dealt with all customer relations. Management of accounts and finances including invoicing (using sage) and the customer feedback site.
