Updated outdated processes and created new SOPs where one did not exist, working closely with Finance and Global HR. This included an overhaul and alignment with university guidelines of the student meal money disbursement process, the payment for interns participating in the Krupp Internship in Berlin, legal invoice maintenance across all global centers, and managing global employee benefits• Work with BOSP Project Manager and the Stanford Privacy Office on guidance for GDPR compliance • Support the Finance and Administration team on ad hoc projects, including bank reconciliations, determining budgets for the upcoming fiscal year, and producing the stewardship report for the Krupp Foundation• Assist with student hiring; create labor schedules, collect/process I9s, verify Federal Work Study authorizations, and resolve conflicts around eligible hours to work per quarter with other campus jobs
