My name is Kati Becker, and I’ve spent over 6.5 years helping people find meaningful careers through Full Cycle Recruiting, Contract Staffing, Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO), and agency roles. After college, I worked in retail (even managing a team!) before pivoting into B2B Sales. After three years, achieving Presidents Club, and being recognized as a subject matter expert in my office, I realized I wanted more fulfillment in my career. By identifying my transferable skills and taking a leap into recruiting, I found my passion, and I love helping others do the same.Along the way, I’ve earned AIRS Certifications in CDIR, CIR, CMVR, CSMR, CSSR, CTR, and PRC, as well as the Fundamental Payroll Certification for payroll processing and compliance.Currently, I serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Leonard Workforce Solutions, where I help companies find top talent and assist candidates in discovering roles they love.
