   Oversee the general administrative function and activities of the home corporate office-Facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning requests to building management, overall office maintenance, and repairs-Serve as main contact between company and building management team to ensure all communications are received and shared with corporate teams accordingly when needed-Responsible for approving guest access to elevators/suite level upon arrival with security desk-Coordinate vendor related activities with building management (planned arrival, use of large delivery elevators, access to suite level, etc)-Assemble and send all corporate office email communications/announcements-Control petty cash fund for office related supplies/orders/events-Retain inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed-Administer incoming/outgoing mail/packages for corporate office-Maintain all employee parking. Including the setup of parking accounts and termination of accounts when needed-Facilitate building access cards for all employees. Including the activation and deactivation of access when needed-Govern facility gym access for all employees. Ensuring that all appropriate waivers are signed for compliance with building management-Guide arrangements for both corporate and franchise training sessions. Including, but not limited to, the reservation of meeting areas, supplies needed for training, food/drink arrangements, décor, etc-Aid to manage all corporate office events (holiday/special events/office gatherings/after hour activities, etc)
