   Working alongside leaderships and cross-departmental colleagues of all levels to build community and power to support NPCA, a Washington, D.C-based 100+ year old nonprofit, nonpartisan organization with more than 1.7 million members and supporters. Managing strategic communications and outreach for national wildlife and park visitation campaigns, along with regional and issue-based teams across the western United States. Honoring NPCA’s core values of diversity, inclusion, justice, and equity by working with internal and external partners to advance access, protections, and representation, within and outside of national parks and surrounding communities. Managing and mentoring staff across the 25+ member Communications department, including the western Communications Manager. Managed and worked alongside contractors including communications firms, creative agencies, along with associated budgets, RFPs and internal production teams.
