Initiated and executed sourcing plan to expand the Americas, growing from less than 5% to potentially 25% by 2025- Established and implemented product strategies emphasizing responsiveness, increasing from less than 5% to 53% of unit volume, including 5 week response timeline for basic fleece products, and 14 weeks from concept to DC in woven dresses and tops- Created long-range plan to support brand sustainability goals while balancing cost/AUC, partnering with supplies and finding alternatives to organic cotton and virgin polyester (regenerative, recycled), at less than 1% impact to AUC
