With so much conflicting advice out there, it can be hard to know where to start.I help clients bring structure and clarity to the process. Together we filter the noise, identify the value you bring, and build a focused plan for moving forward.As a Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), I focus on the practical how-to’s of getting hired. That may include clarifying career direction, developing strong resumes and LinkedIn profiles, building a search strategy, or preparing for interviews.Through workshops and one-on-one work, I have supported hundreds of job seekers at different stages of their search. My experience across recruiting, higher education, and workforce development shapes how I guide clients. I believe in straightforward explanations, useful resources, and practical strategies people can actually apply.I value the trust people place in me during this process.
