With 27 years\' experience across diverse roles and environments, I adapt quickly to different needs and contexts. I am consistently recognised for creating a calm, safe space where people feel motivated to learn and WITH ORGANISATIONSI support organisations struggling with growing complexity to harness all their people to deliver more effectively for customers. I’m particularly proud of my work in more traditional settings, where I’ve been recognised for positively influencing culture, boosting confidence, and uncovering hidden talents. Aside from making a difference to individuals, this has had measurable impact on the business - improving employee engagement scores and shortening lead times to the customer.I draw from diverse disciplines - coaching, facilitation, systemic thinking, Lean, and Agile - adapting these to your needs.
