The Tulsa Public Facilities Authority is a trust authority formed to promote the acquisition, construction and operation of various facilities and public improvements in and for the City of Tulsa, including the BOK Center, Tulsa’s premier concert venue, the Cox Business Convention Center and One Technology Center, home to City Hall. The five member authority includes the Mayor and the remaining members are appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.
