My first position was at Mercy Medical Center Redding in Administration as an Executive Assistant. I was promoted to the Manager, Recruitment & Employment position at Mercy Medical Center Redding in 10/2008. When the organization restructured Talent Acquisition into a Center of Excellence in 2014, I transitioned into the role of Sr. Recruiter, focusing on nursing, mid-level and leadership positions. Currently I support the Sacramento, California region.
