As a lead in communications, I know driving culture is more than words on a poster. It’s the stories we tell. It’s the consistent execution of all platforms. It’s about listening to stakeholders to make real connections. I continue to tap over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing to produce material that ensures the audience is defined, the content is strong, and the execution is solid. I take great pride in understanding the business and our clients, so that our messages are strategic and action-oriented. Since 2012 at Pitney Bowes, I’ve been partnering with senior leaders to tell our stories. Over the last five years, I executed the CEO’s leadership event. The event inspires influential leaders from across PB to understand the Company’s value proposition, our strategy and fully embrace the behaviors that demonstrate our culture. I’ve ghost written by-lines to support our business messages. I’ve been the communications lead on various business transformation initiatives.
