   I work in Sales for a small but global Buffalo area-based manufacturer of sharpening equipment used by the hardware, cutlery, and sporting goods industry. And, thankfully, I have an awe-inspiring, breathtaking view of the Niagara River from the office everyday! Key Areas: Responsible for domestic and international sales orders for the wholesale division of the business. Correspond with, and field inquiries, from our dealers and distributors. Handle sales representatives’ questions, document orders for Docuware system, forward rep product samples. Assist with retail division needs, as required, including customer questions and concerns, warranty replacement issues, catalog requests, tracking obsolete parts, recommend products based on application, etc. Provide input on potential new products, researches, and suggests product trade names. Attend various industry trade shows with colleagues.
