Responsibilities include software troubleshooting, resolving EDI errors, configuring and monitoring OCR invoice processing, and generating reports via PostgreSQL. Balance ongoing support with project work, while collaborating closely with customer and supplier success teams to ensure seamless contractor onboarding. Create robust documentation for TSS processes and procedures. Analyze Python and JavaScript source code to understand and verify software behavior. Provide level 2 support and mentor TSS team members in the Remarcable way.Key projects/achievements: • Developed SQL job synchronization scripts and configured invoice and purchase order export files for onboarding 16 contractors into Remarcable. These scripts and export files are tailored to map Remarcable data and align with the specific accounting software used by each contractor.• Uploaded and allocated tools or stock for 24 contractors. Loads can consist of a few thousand to tens of thousands of items.• Researched and built 19 dashboards in Apache Superset consisting of 98 charts to drill down into data anomalies or set up issues within Remarcable.• Achieved a 78.2% one touch ticket ratio for completed Zendesk tickets (discontinued Zendesk 11/2024 and switched to Salesforce).• Solved 40.3% of Salesforce tickets for the current year in a team of nine.
